Simply select a patch and you'll see all of its parameters. In the free version, once connected, yes it will show you a list of patches currently loaded on the microKORG. I strongly suggest trying the free version, as it will give you an idea of what to expect from the paid version. If you just want the microKORG patch viewing\editing tool, it's the one-time fee. Subscription gives you unlimited space to save patches from as many different synthesizers as you want - it is not specific to the microKORG. The monthly subscription is only for keeping your patches saved and managed in the cloud for safe keeping.
